Residents report a burst pipe, a power outage or a blocked drain, get a case number at once, and follow it to the end. They can see their account and pay it with Pay now. It works by app, SMS or USSD, so nobody is left out for lack of data.
Works App
Technicians get the job card on their phone with the location. They add photos, show progress on every job (with the reason when it is on hold), and close it with a signed sign-off. The supervisor verifies, and the resident is told it is done.
Field App
Water and electricity meters read on a managed phone or tablet with a photo, the GPS position and the time. It works offline and syncs when the signal returns. Nothing is retyped in the office.
Community Notice Board
On the municipal website: what is being attended to, what is still to be attended to and what is completed, plus notices, critical incidents and the projects in each ward.
Write to the municipality
A message reaches the right office with a reference number at once, and stays on record until it is answered.
Whistleblower App
